


Richard has been working in Land Use Analysis and Construction fields for 30 years. His experience started as he studied Architecture at Oregon State University and the University of Oregon where he coordinated a Land Use Plan for the Umatilla Indian Reservation in North East Oregon. Richard has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Oregon. He has worked as a Planning Consultant for the cities of Watsonville, Saratoga, and Scott's Valley. He worked as a city Planner for the City of Santa Cruz where he was involved in Design Review and Minor Land Division processing. Richard has been classified as a Professional Building Designer through the American Institute of Building Design since July 1988.
Donna has developed the CAD and Green Building practices for LUD2. She has been computer drafting for Richard since 2005. Donna has a Bachelors degree in Community Studies with a Minor in Politics. Donna also has a AA degree in Computer Information System and is currently Studying Construction and Energy Management, with an emphasis in Green Building Materials and Practices. Donna has worked as an Independent Contractor doing Projects on her own as well as with Richard since 2005.
Together they create Building Designs that meet all Local and State regulations, as well as keeping the owner's wants and needs in mind. With an eye on the future they are keeping up with the latest building codes and Green Building innovations.
